No right of withdrawal for personalised products

All moonme posters are individually produced to order. Each poster is a unique item made specifically according to your specifications (date, text, location).

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This applies to all personalised moonme posters.

Statutory warranty rights

Notwithstanding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you retain your statutory warranty rights as a consumer under EU Directive 2019/771 and the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. The statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.

Defective or faulty products

If your poster arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the defective product:

The requirement to provide photographic documentation within 14 days is an internal processing requirement and does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

Incorrect information

Please check your order details carefully before purchasing. If you notice an error in your details after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@moonme.eu. As long as production has not yet started, we will correct your details free of charge. Once production has begun, unfortunately no further changes can be made.
