- With Shopify, vendors and other third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g. IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping).

- To collect customer reviews, we use the service provided by Trustpilot A/S, Pilestræde 58, 5th floor, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark. Following the completion of an order, we share your name and email address with Trustpilot so that they can send you an invitation to review our services. The invitation is sent approximately 7 days after your order has been fulfilled. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in obtaining authentic customer reviews pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. - When you direct, request us or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship you products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
- With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations (including to respond to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce any applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.
- On our product page, we use the Google Maps Places API provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This service enables location autocomplete in our product configurator. Google Maps is only loaded when you actively click on the location field in the configurator. When you do so, your IP address and the search query you enter are transmitted to Google. The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. - To fulfil your order, we share your name, delivery address and order details with a fulfilment and print service provider who produces and ships your poster. The transfer of this data is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The service provider is contractually obligated to use your data solely for the purpose of order fulfilment.
- Our preview and configuration services are operated on servers of a European hosting service provider. When using these services, technical data such as your IP address and request data are processed. This is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of our technical infrastructure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The service provider processes data exclusively on our instructions and is contractually obligated to comply with data protection requirements.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside.
