What date can I choose?
Any date — there are no restrictions. For dates from 2011 onwards, we use exact NASA-SVS images. For earlier dates, our system uses precise astronomical calculations. The result is scientifically accurate in both cases.
Can I see a preview?
Yes — as soon as you enter a date, a live preview will appear immediately. You can add font style, location, time, and text and see changes in real-time.
Can I choose the font style?
Yes — Modern, Elegant or Artistic. Switch between them on the product page — the preview updates instantly.
What language will the poster be in?
You can choose German, English, or Italian. Moon phase name, date format, and all texts will appear in the chosen language — regardless of the shop language.
What if the moon was almost invisible on my date?
The preview will show you exactly that — scientifically accurate. We always print exactly what was in the sky. For a new moon or a very thin crescent, we will point this out to you on the product page.

How long does delivery take?
5–10 business days: 2–4 days production + 2–6 days shipping.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your poster is on its way.
Can I still change a wrong date?
Contact us immediately at hello@moonme.eu. As long as production has not yet started, we can change it.
